CBD Dosage Instructions
CBD works by affecting the receptors in our endocannabinoid system. Since these receptors change with our physiology, many users will have a different tolerance to CBD. This means that there isn’t an exact dosage of CBD that can be applied to everyone. The best way to determine your CBD dose is to start with your body weight. A good dose to begin is 1-6MG of CBD for every 10 pounds of body weight, in correlation with the level of pain the user is experiencing.
We recommend that users utilize our guide to start with smaller doses and gradually work their way up until they find the optimal dose for the desired benefit. Our child-proof, measured, droppers make it easy to dose CBD.
It is important to read the amount of CBD in your product. For example: 1ML of oil in our 300MG tincture will have 10MG of CBD, while 1ML of the 750MG tincture would have 25MG of CBD. Our blend of coconut oil and hemp seed oil ensures that our product is highly bioavailable.
